Shine independently developed this mobile app for engineering service companies or independent/contracted maintenance and management professionals (or property management companies) to use in the daily maintenance of management equipment and systems (including manpower, equipment, logistics, scheduling, requesting repairs/repairs/acceptance inspections, work load calculation, and statistical analyses).
The goal is to reinvent current offline, paper-based, isolated, and ambiguous equipment maintenance and management operations as a smart (intelligent)online system that facilitates real-time communication and monitoring. This software manages the entire repair process (from customer requests, repair assignments, onsite response, parts distribution, processing reports, customer communication, technical support, and repair inspection) and it also facilitates expansion for customer repairs, integration of human resources , equipment database, spare parts inventory management, optimized operations, and automatic account settlement. The system's data access authorization resolves data security and real-time sharing issues for engineering service providers, subcontractors, managers, and owners. It is an app that helps equipment maintenance and management personnel provide efficient and smart solutions. It also serves as a smart solution for customer service.
